One World Cover's service can be broken down into two parts, pre cover & post cover. Both services are the standard for all insured members, regardless which insurer you choose.
Pre-cover technical services
Technical Team – Your personal consultant in the One World Cover technical team will help advise you of a suitable cover for your needs, working with only dependable insurers that you can trust for your family’s cover.
Post-cover technical and assistance services
Technical Team – Your personal consultant in the One World Cover technical team will continue to be available for further technical assistance throughout the year, and to guide you through the renewal process prior to policy end date. You will also be introduced to the assistance and admin team.
Assistance and admin team – will assist where possible for any general claim matters, claim emergencies, general administration, and payment questions all year round.
Note that the One World Covers dedicated technical and assistance team is offered to all One World Cover clients at no extra charge. One World Cover’s technical and assistance services are only available to One World Cover clients. These services are supplementary to the insurers services, who also also provide administration and 24hr hotlines in case of emergencies, for added peace of mind for you and your family.
